This workshop will be held as interest dictates.

This one-day workshop will look at the current birthing practices in Canada and address how to provide support while navigating through the hurdles that birthing women often face. We will look at ways to use reflex and acupressure points to help with:

• Breech presentation

• Initiation of Labour vs Medical Induction

• Pain in Labour

• Arrested Labour

• Postpartum PTSD
